CERTIFIED ENDURANCE TEST
SHORTER BRAKING DISTANCES
Our brake kits are proven to deliver significantly shorter stopping distances through certified testing.
In a TS (Korea Transportation Safety Authority) regulated braking test, a robotic actuator applied 100N of consistent pedal force from 100 km/h to 0 km/h to eliminate human error. The results clearly demonstrated that our Neotech kit outperformed the original equipment (OE), reducing stopping distance by 6 meters.
This improvement translates to greater safety, better control, and higher confidence—both on the road and on the track.
KATECH (Korea Automotive Technology Institute) Endurance Test
Our calipers successfully completed a total of 157,000 continuous operation cycles under varying conditions, maintaining full functionality and structural integrity throughout the test.
Test Parameters:

• 6.9 MPa pressure
• 7,000 operation cycles
Normal Temperature (20 ± 5 °C):

Fixed Caliper with Drum-in-Hat

Weight Balance: Less than 10g
Achieving a weight imbalance of less than 10 grams is critical for high-speed stability. This precise balance minimizes vibrations and ensures smooth operation, enhancing vehicle control and driver confidence during intense racing conditions. Disc Thickness Variation (DTV): Less than 0.02mm
Maintaining a DTV of less than 0.02mm ensures uniform contact between the brake pads and rotor surface. This uniformity prevents brake judder and promotes even pad wear, contributing to consistent braking performance and extended component lifespan. In everyday driving, this results in quieter braking and improved comfort.​
Runout: Less than 0.03mm
A runout of less than 0.03mm guarantees that the rotor rotates with minimal deviation. This precision reduces pedal pulsation and enhances braking efficiency, providing drivers with responsive and predictable braking behavior. PRODUCT CERTIFICATION
Tuning parts certification is based on Article 34-2 of the Automobile Management Act, Article 55-2 of the Enforcement Rules of the Automobile Management Act, and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Notice No. 2015-1 to ensure safety when tuning cars.
